Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If, for some reason, I foresee a delay with your order I will get in touch immediately using the contact information entered at the time of ordering (please check your junk mail folder!).

I always try and process orders as quickly as possible, however during the busy Christmas period (October-December) these timings can stretch to 3-5 working days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the rest of the world.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please allow for the full estimated delivery time to pass on all international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Import duties and taxes (BREXIT)

Unfortunately if you live in a country where duty or import tax is payable on goods imported from the UK, please note this is not included within the cost of the item.

Sadly these costs are out of our control and are the responsibility of the purchaser and so we will not be able to refund shipping costs on any overseas orders that are declined because of this.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@luanaasiata.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
